MediHelp Academy Assistant – Job Description
Reporting: to the Manager of the MediHelp Academy
Country: Hungary
Working location: home office (and other locations as required)
Working hours: full-time
- Ensure the seamless workings of the Academy webpage and the Academy platform
- Follow up on the status of the learning programs, usage data, and share information with the countries.
- Keep user list of Academy Platform updated
- Keep usage statistics up-to-date
- Participate in the creation of educational materials
- Manage billing and invoices
- Participate in workshops, meetings related to future business development
- Report on own activities on a weekly basis to the Manager of MediHelp Academy
- Frequently refresh job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Requirements:
- Near native or highly advanced in English and in one of the following local languages: Hungarian/Polish/Romanian
- Proven academic skills
- Strong command of IT
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Knowledge of HTML coding, video editing and design programs is a strong bonus
- Result-oriented and highly organized
- Creative thinking
- Open mindset, readiness to learn and develop
- High integrity and honesty
- Able to work in home office in a suitable environment.
- Able to deliver in a timely manner and work under time constraints.
