Senior Loyalty Team Specialist

Your Role
As a member of our Loyalty Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care, attention and support. You will manage client enquiries and claims with professionalism, build lasting relationships with our members, and work closely with colleagues and international partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client claims from initial notification through to final resolution, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional telephone and email communication.
  • Provide post-sales support and guidance to our members.
  • Work closely with our international partners and colleagues to resolve client enquiries efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all client interactions are handled promptly, professionally and with empathy.
  • Take ownership of client issues and proactively follow them through to completion.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in client service, client relations, insurance administration, healthcare administration, financial services, or another client-focused professional environment.
  • Previous experience in international private health insurance (IPMI), insurance, medical assistance, travel insurance, healthcare, or healthcare administration will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written Polish and English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, courteous and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • High levels of accuracy, reliability, discretion and personal accountability.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confidence in handling demanding situations while maintaining professionalism, sound judgement and composure.
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with modern business software.
