At your request, MediSky can provide product and sales training. Upon successful completion of each training, you will receive an authorised certificate to prove your participation in compulsory training in line with the EU IDD directive.
With our brokers in mind, we have created a dedicated training platform called MEDIHELP ACADEMY. The platform is available to all intermediaries working with MediSky. The short training videos posted there enable you to view the current range of products offered by MediSky. Moreover, the MEDIHELP ACADEMY platform gives brokers the opportunity to broaden their knowledge in the field of sales techniques and client communication. A dedicated series of training videos on the subject of sales techniques provides valuable knowledge useful in daily dealings with clients.
It is also possible to take final exams.
